We’re very pleased to announce that the latest @Mail release, version 5.07,  is now available.

Development on the PHP 5.x  branch of @Mail is proceeding nicely.   This version includes over 20 changes,  with bugfixes and improvements addressing the most crucial issues discovered in the weeks since 5.06.

We’d like to thank our clients for working closely with us to provide their feedback.   The quality of each @Mail release is improving significantly,  and the overall direction is being guided by the feedback of our clients.     See the changelog for a list of changes since 5.06.

Highlights of this release:

• Fixed support for UTF8 attachments in Japanese - #358
• Translated the Portuguese language pack to the latest version
• Improved migrate-imap scripts to detect message flag status on importing mail
• Updated SQL queries to be compatible if the mysql-server has strict_tables_trans set
• Updated the Videomail feature to use the PHP server-scripts
