Atmail 6.1.9 released - Calendar performance/maintanance patch, new migration script

With this release, we focused mainly on fixing issues raised and revising code to make the calendar UI and backend faster to use.
The calendar server has a patch with this release specifically focusing on scalability and migration speed.
One of the big calendar improvements is a new multi-threaded migration script which significantly improves total migration time for large Atmail 5 datasets.

- A small list of bugs in the calendar backend and UI
- Fixed event available for editing before server has allocated id
- Fixed only first user being applied for calendar permissions
- Fixed event display on resize
