We are excited to announce the next patch for Atmail, which improves overall performance and usability in the Webmail and Webadmin UI.

The major changes include:

  • Calendar Performance - Drastically improved CalDAV server performance
  • Improved HTML email rendering - Improved message parser for HTML messages
  • ActiveSync enhancements for mail functions
  • Autocomplete improved - Search from contact name or email
  • Webadmin performance - Improved user-manager performance for large userbases
  • Improved spam-scoring and user-level settings in Webmail

We recommend all existing clients upgrade to the new 6.20.2 release

  1. We installed this patch, and users could no longer login to webmail (we’re using the full server version).

    Trying to login results in:
    Error: Remote email domain not allowed.

    Trying to then manually add the server name in the login page results in:
    Requested IMAP server does not match IMAP server on record for given account

    This is even with the “allow any mailserver” setting enabled in the webmail settings in the admin console. Anyone else seeing this?

  2. FYI, the AtMail folks patched this issue for me quickly, and I believe it has been rolled into the currently available update.
