					<description>Is there documentation on the new features?  Specifically how to use the user groups and their role on the server.  There is a brief snippet in the admin guide about it, but thats all I could find.
Since 6.1.5 was released, does this mean that reoccurring events has been pushed to the 6.1.6 release?</description>
