The Team

We don’t force team building exercises ... we already personally like and respect each other and colleagues are always on top of everyone’s BBQ invitation list.

We have very few meetings yet interact constantly. This close relationship results in cross-pollination across skills, departments and disciplines.

Motivation+Ambition

Innovation. We are constantly on the lookout for new, emerging technologies - we test, tinker and cull. If it improves our way to interact and communicate with others it will find it's way into our products.

Focus. We are setting our sights on ambitious goals - then achieve them. If there's a new product or feature that we want in Atmail, we will pursue it until it is functional, ready, and polished for release.

Continuity. Understanding that our products drive mission critical business communication that rely on our full and continued support is imperative. We avoid fads and make sure that everything we introduce can be supported for years to come.

How We Think

Environment

Our company headquarters are located at Silicon Beach, Queensland, Australia. Part of our success is due to our working environment and attitude towards live + work balance.

Our developers and engineers work in a relaxed environment, we enjoy ocean views from our consoles, staff can grab a surf-board from the office before or after work, catch some waves and reflect on the day.

Our global operations extend to the USA for sales & support of our clients. We offer a dedicated support office located in Sydney for our client-base.

We believe in offsetting our footprint on the environment, all our energy is offset by a large 10kW solar array on our office roof, generating enough power for our operations.
