Question:
I have a 3mbit connection for my dedicated server, and would like to allocate 2mbit maximum of the bandwidth to be used for Webmail traffic at any one time.

This will give other services like SMTP, POP3, IMAP traffic at least 1mbit of bandwidth available if Webmail traffic is high.

How can I set this up with @Mail?
