Option 1: Dedicated Atmail Appliance - High Volume

For larger accounts over 2,000 users, the option is available to have your own managed Atmail appliance. This includes a complete dedicated server for your mission critical system, hosted by Atmail, and managed completely for system support, Atmail upgrades and OS patches. This is ideal for customers which require their own dedicated mail-server platform, outside a Virtual machine or shared environment. All Dedicated Atmail appliances come installed with the full version of Atmail and all features available. The hardware and storage is designed to scale as user demand grows.

Base Model < 10,000 users
Base model appliance hosts 2,000 - 10,000 active user accounts. Includes an Atmail license, managed server, network bandwidth and recurring Atmail upgrades.

Pro Model < 20,000 users
Pro model appliance hosts up to 20,000 active user accounts. Includes an Atmail license, managed server, network bandwidth and recurring Atmail upgrades.

Cluster 100,000 users
Cluster edition includes 3 dedicated appliances installed in a multi-server cluster. Designed for high load, and can host up to 100,000 user accounts.

Option 2: Hosted Atmail - Per user-license

Use the shared Atmail hosting environment to outsource your email to a fully managed solution. The staff of Atmail are highly experienced at maintaing email-servers and can provide a premium mail-hosting service for your business. Your email is a critical and valuable resource, outsource the solution to Atmail and focus on your business while we manage your email needs.

User License - The number of User Accounts for Hosted Atmail
Billing Terms - Choose billing per month or on a yearly cycle. A 20% discount is included for pre-purchases of one year.
Per Mailbox Size - The maximum size of each mailbox in gigabytes - Excludes Spam messages.

Webmail Client - A complete desktop email replacement, Atmail Webmail combines an intuitive email-interface via a browser, with instant access to email resources from any device.
POP3/IMAP Service - Ability to access email using any email-client via POP3 and IMAP. Use Hosted Atmail with your favorite email-client, with full IMAP and POP3 access provided for all user accounts.
Anti Virus / Anti-Spam - Complete Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam filtering for user mailboxes. Includes Webmail interface to tweak spam-settings and scores for filtering email.
Groupware Support - A module to share Calendar, Tasks and Contact items between users of the Atmail system.
Message Archiving - Support to archive all incoming and outgoing emails for your domain. View all email traffic and search messages for corporate compliant purposes and auditing.
SSL Support - Ability to connect to POP3 and IMAP services via SSL, and ability to login to the Webmail interface using HTTPS for all email communication.
